Resources · For developers

Your site can produce
before you build.

Permits, licenses, and financing take time. Your site does not have to sit idle while they do.

The cost of a site on hold

Land awaiting development generates expenses — security, cleaning, property tax — and zero income. Meanwhile, the area already has parking demand.

Temporary productive use

SIE PARK operates land and buildings while the project's paperwork moves forward: we fit out, operate, and hand over. We evaluate sites from 600 m² (6,460 sq ft).

The four phases

01 · Evaluation: location, access, surface area, demand, and timeline. 02 · Preparation: infrastructure, investment, permits, and contract. 03 · Temporary operation: staffing, collections, control, and service. 04 · Orderly handover: physical handover within 30 days of the contractual notice.

The handover is agreed from the start

For developers, the exit is signed on day one: physical handover within 30 days of the contractual notice, with no future negotiation to depend on. You keep strategic control of the site; the site generates cash flow while it waits.
