Lease your parking facility,
or keep operating it?

If your parking facility demands your time, staff, and constant watch over the cash, the right question is not how to manage it better — it is whether you should be managing it at all.

What operating on your own really costs

Running a parking facility means managing people and cash every single day: shifts to cover, registers to count, incidents to resolve, and users who expect answers. Even when the asset is profitable, the real cost includes your time and the risk of your income depending on the honesty and consistency of third parties without specialized supervision.

What changes with a lease contract

Under SIE PARK's main model, you receive a monthly rent agreed by contract and SIE PARK operates everything: our own personnel with contracts, certified payroll, and social security; regional supervision; collections with daily reconciliation; and customer service. You keep control of the asset — with responsibilities clearly set by contract — without carrying the operation.

What if I would rather share in the results?

For specific assets, revenue share or special schemes can be structured, with monthly reconciliation and transparent information. The evaluation determines which model suits your asset.

How to decide

Request the evaluation: it is free, includes a technical visit when appropriate, and you will receive a proposal within a maximum of 24 business hours. Comparing your current income — net of your time and your risks — against a fixed rent by contract usually answers the question on its own.
