An operation that
can never stop.

A continuous flow of patients and visitors, sensitive access points, and emergencies that cannot wait in line: a hospital parking facility runs on protocols, not improvisation.

The operating challenge

What this sector
demands you solve.

  1. 01Continuous operation

The hospital never closes; neither does the parking facility. Shifts, reliefs, and supervision must hold 24/7.

  2. 02Sensitive access points

Emergencies, ambulances, and suppliers share space with patients and visitors; nothing can be blocked.

  3. 03Peak-demand moments

Visiting and consultation hours concentrate arrivals; payment and exit must stay fast.

  4. 04Valet that measures up

Patients and families require a permanent institutional valet, with protocols and the right manner.

SIE PARK's answer

Personnel, protocols,
and continuity.

Our own personnel with contracts, certified payroll, and social security, regional supervision, protocols by access type, and permanent institutional valet. Payment and ticketing matched to the property’s infrastructure, with daily reconciliation and reporting for the administration. We operate under contract for institutions such as Hospital San Ángel Inn.

Real case · HMG Hospital Coyoacán

No automation on arrival.
Automated today.

In this project, SIE PARK made the investment to acquire and implement DESIGNA equipment and took over the operation of the parking facility.

  1. 01The operating challenge

When we took over the operation, the parking facility had no automation equipment. The project required incorporating technology and organizing how it would run within the hospital's daily activity.

  2. 02SIE PARK’s answer

We brought together the investment, the implementation of the equipment, and the operation of the service, with assistance personnel and supervision.

  3. 03The result

The parking facility now runs on an automated system, complemented by the attention of our operations team.

DESIGNA is a trademark of its owner; it is mentioned only to identify the equipment implemented.

Sector questions

Before you decide,
this helps.

Can you operate without interrupting the hospital's service?

Yes. The transition is planned with the administration: staffing, systems, and an orderly handover. Standard implementations can be executed in approximately 12 days, subject to infrastructure, permits, and transition conditions.

Is the valet per event or permanent?

SIE PARK operates permanent institutional valet, integrated with the hospital's operation. We do not serve social events.

Who is responsible for the personnel?

SIE PARK. All personnel are hired by SIE PARK, with individual contracts, certified payroll, social security, and verifiable REPSE compliance.
