SIE PARK takes part in the operation of the hotel's parking facility and valet parking service, under a documented procedure.

Guests, visitors, and attendees of events and banquets share the hotel. The reception of each vehicle must be coordinated with the validation and rate of the corresponding service.

The procedure covers reception by uniformed, identified personnel, ticket control, and routing each vehicle according to the corresponding service.
- 03How it is coordinated
The scheme defines responsibilities among SIE PARK, the hotel’s authorized areas, and the technology vendor to supervise the validators, apply the corresponding rates, and handle incidents.

Do you serve weddings or events at the hotel?
We do not offer standalone valet for events. The permanent operation SIE PARK provides to a hotel may include serving the guests of its events, as set out in the contract.
How do you control keys and deliveries?
Through reception, custody, and delivery protocols defined by contract and our own supervised personnel; incidents are logged and escalated.
Does the service cover overnight hours?
Yes. The operation is continuous and is sized to the hotel’s demand.
