Resources · For property owners

What we evaluate before
proposing a rent.

Before proposing a rent, SIE PARK studies the asset. These are the factors that carry weight — and what you can have ready to speed up your proposal.

1 · Location and area demand

What generates demand nearby: offices, retail, hospitals, schools, housing. Demand defines the income potential and the possible rate structure.

2 · Capacity and surface area

How many spaces fit and how traffic circulates. For land, we evaluate from 600 m² (6,460 sq ft); for buildings, the real operable capacity.

3 · Access points

Entrances and exits, traffic directions, and how they coexist with the surroundings. A poorly resolved access limits income even where demand exists.

4 · Infrastructure

Ticketing and payment are implemented according to the property's infrastructure: automated pay stations, attended payment, or mixed schemes.

5 · Required investment

What it takes to operate properly: signage, equipment, adaptations. The investment is reflected in the proposal.

6 · The asset's situation

In operation, closed, or awaiting development: each situation has its path. Sites can produce while your project moves forward.

The result

With these factors, SIE PARK presents a proposal for a monthly rent agreed by contract — or the scheme that fits best — within a maximum of 24 business hours after the evaluation.
